Ward Green 4 Kellingley Welfare 2
A fantastic second half display from Kells saw them come from 3-0 down at the break to finish the game 4-2 thanks to goals from Zak Bennett and Brandon Langton.A tussle in the box for the ball saw Kells first from Bennett who struck the ball sweetly to get his goal.Kells second from Langton was a brilliantly taken corner from Langton to see the ball beat Ward Greens keeper.Kells defence of  Josh King and Langton worked hard to keep out the opposition as did keeper Nathan Ruckledge who made some fantastic saves.Midfield pair Will McNally and Nathan Walker worked tirelessly with Connor Bennett upfront and all were unlucky not to get on the score sheet. In the return game Kells were not as lucky losing 5-0 to an excellent Wad Green side.Jarrod Holmes,Tyler Robson-Tennant and Anton Cooling all worked hard with Chloe Wakefield,Ellie Ruckledge and Jamie Greaves all showing great promise.
